Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked corn kernels (you can use fresh, canned, or frozen corn)
  • 1 medium tomato, diced

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions:

  1. If you’re using fresh corn, cook it by boiling or grilling until tender. If using canned or frozen corn, drain and rinse it under cold water to remove excess salt or ice.
